Yoga Classes

Join our Vinyasa & Yin Yoga class every Tuesday at 6:30pm in Harold Hill Community Centre.

Everybody and beginners are welcome to my classes.

Class fee: £10

There won't be Yoga classes between the 13th Sep to 6th Oct 2026 as I will be in Colombia running our retreat.
