Yoga Classes

Yoga is my happy place and I want to share it with you. For me Yoga represents a state of mind, a place to just be, a moment in the day to let the rest of the world behind to connect with myself to be present with my body and my own needs. My Yoga style is a combination of Vinyasa and Hatha with a hint of healing vibes. I am a Reiki master and my classes always bring an element of healing and connection to the universal energy of love. 

​My classes are a safe space and open to everybody from very beginners to advanced yogis. All genders, sexualities, expressions, body shapes, skin colors and backgrounds are welcome to join my Yoga classes. I want you to be you when you come to my classes because if you are happy on the mat, you will attract that positive energy outside of the mat into your life. 

This my weekly schedule for us to practice together:

  • Tuesday - 6:30pm (In person) £9

In person classes are held at Harold Hill Community Centre (Opposite Ldil) - Gooshays Dr RM3 9LB
