Yoga

I started my Yoga practice 8 years ago and it has been a beautiful journey of self-discovery and body exploration. I trained with Guru Vishnu at the Living Yoga School in Rishikesh - India. 

Yoga is my happy place and I want to share it with you. For me Yoga represents a state of mind, a place to just be, a moment in the day to let the rest of the world behind to connect with myself to be present with my body and my own needs. My Yoga style is a combination of Vinyasa and Hatha with a hint of healing vibes. I am a Reiki master and my classes always bring an element of healing and connection to the universal energy of LOVE. 

My purpose with Yoga is to take you into a journey of inner connection to support your wellbeing and mental health, bringing stillness to the mind and movement to the body. My classes are open to everybody from very beginners to advance yogis and you will be guided through different variations so you can achieve and do what it is right for your body. Body awareness and safety is important. 

My teaching philosophy focuses on creating a safe environment for everybody regardless of your level of practice, age, body shape, gender and expression. I want you to be you and to know that you are in a safe space when practicing Yoga with me. Everybody is welcome!

This my weekly schedule for us to practice together:

  • Tuesday - 6:30pm (In person) £8

  • Friday - 8:00am (Online) £6
