My Story. Hola! I am Emy

I am Emy, your Reiki Master, Crystal healer and Yoga Teacher. I founded ChokuReiki Healing in 2019 to bring healing energy and positive vibes to you.

I am originally from Colombia and started exploring my spirituality in 2009. I always knew I had a little something but didn't discover it until I had my first angel reading. This session changed my life and it opened a beautiful door of self-discovery and exploration, leading me to where I am today.

Reiki came to me from a divine guidance to channel my energy to help people out. I started my Reiki journey in 2014 studying at the London Reiki Academy where I qualified as Reiki therapist and Reiki Master following Mikao Usui techniques. 

​

I have a background in roller-figure skating and I started practicing Yoga in 2012 because I wanted something that would give me the freedom to move and choreograph my body in a similar way to when I was a skater. However, I discovered that Yoga is much more than moving the body as it gave a space to unwind, relax my mind and simply forget for a few minutes everything that was happening in the outside world. Yoga became a space for me to just be and connect with my own energy.

 

I started my Yoga Teacher journey in 2020 with a school in India as I wanted to learn the classic Yoga style and get to understand the Yoga philosophy from the source.

I am here to listen to you to help you remove blockages to balance your own energy, I can also give you a hug when needed or just be with you in silence because as human beings our mood changes and Reiki adapts to it allowing us to be present here and now, blessing us with powerful energy to heal our minds and bodies.

I am fully insured Reiki therapist and a certified Yoga teacher 200 RYT member of the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council) and Yoga Alliance registered.
