Everybody is welcome to my Vinyasa Yoga classes! All levels of practice from very beginners to advanced can join my classes.
Reiki Therapy
The aim of Reiki is to balance energies within the body, mind and spirit to promote healing and wellbeing. Reiki offers great benefits to support your mental health as it promotes relaxation, helps to dissolve energy blockages caused by life experiences, improves sleeping patterns and it is a great therapy to ease stress and anxiety. Reiki balances the energy flow in your body, giving you a space to unwind the mind and restore your energy.
The sessions last for 30min - This is your time to relax and let the energy work for you.
Reiki is very popular and I need your help to make it accessible to all so please only book your session for the building you work on and avoid booking every month as everybody needs a chance to receive the energy.
I will be offering REIKI in Sea Containers Tuesdays 2nd and 16th June 2026 - Bookings are open!
Waiting List: Reiki slots go quick. If there are not slots available at the time of booking, please email me at contact@chokureikihealing.com. You will be put on the waiting list and there will be chances for you to get a slot. The waiting list slots will be allocated on a first come-first served basis.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your session up to 24hr before your booking. If you cancel your session on the day, you won't be able to book again within a month. Please make sure you add the session to your work diary so you don't forget and let your line manager know that you are taking 30min to look after your mental health.
