Through the combined healing power of conscious breathwork, Reiki energy healing, sound healing and mindful guidance, you’ll be invited into a space where stress can soften, emotions can be processed, and deeper connection can emerge. This is a unique healing experience!
I offer Breathwork and trained in Holosomatic Breathwork because I believe that our breath is the one thing that keep us all connected. Also, our breath has the power to access the wisdom of our body and our soul. I have accessed memories from my childhood to uncover and heal aspects of my life through Breathwork and have experienced myself beautiful journeys that have allowed me to understand myself a bit more and invite positive energy and healing into my life. I want to share the power of Breathwork with you.

No previous experience is needed. Just show up as you are to breath with me!
What Happens During a Session?
My sessions are held for a small group of people (15 people max). Every session follows a gentle and supportive structure:
Arrival & Grounding
Settle into the space, connect with your intention and prepare for your journey.
Guided Breathwork Journey
You’ll be guided through a conscious breathing practice supported by music and facilitation. You will receive a pair of headphones to make your experience more personal, inviting deeper connection with your breath.
Healing Energy
During the session, Reiki and sound healing help deepen relaxation and support energetic balance.
Rest & Integration
Time to reflect, journal, share (if desired) and integrate your experience.
The session last approximately 90 minutes.
