About The Retreat
Warwick Court building magement is offering a free Yoga and Sound Bath session to the building tenants this Summer to support your wellbeing and mental health at work.
This is a two hour session at lunch time (60min Vinyasa Yoga + 60min Soung Bath).
The Vinyasa Yoga class is open level which means very beginners are welcome to the class. Ideally, we would like you to join the entire session but if you only have time to do one of the other that is absolutely fine. Please make sure you arrive on time and plan your diary accordingly to benefit from this beautiful wellness session.
