About The Retreat
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that synchronizes breath with movement. You will flow through a sequence of asanas (yoga postures) to energize your body. This class is open to all levels from beginners to advanced.
We have some mats available but feel free to bring your own mat if you like. If you have tight hamstrings, please get a pair of Yoga blocks and a strap or belt to support your posture during the class.
