Get cosy while we transport you with the magic of sound - It's time to Open Up.
We are offering a relaxing sound healing experience, inviting the Tarot to reveal messages from the Universe to support your healing journey, manifestation and transformation.
During our Sound Baths we use a variety of instruments to help you enter a state of deep relaxation commonly know as 'rest and digest' mode where the bodies natural healing processes take place.
The session includes 15 minutes of intention setting, meditation and breath work followed by a 60 minute sound journey.
During the sound journey it is important that you are as comfortable as possible so please bring:
