We are offering a sound healing experience, inviting you to relax and connect with the energies of the Autumn. This is the time to gather yourself to light up your journey during the season of harvest and reflection.

During our Sound Baths we use a variety of instruments to help you enter a state of deep relaxation commonly know as 'rest and digest' mode where the bodies natural healing processes take place.

The session includes 15 minutes of intention setting, meditation and breath work followed by a 60 minute sound journey.
