Get cosy and ready to tune into your heart while we transport you with the magic of sound and cacao - It's time to open your heart!
As we enter into the Autumn, the season of introspection and calm. We are offering a cacao ceremony and a sound healing journey to deeper connect with your heart, your emotions and to bring healing into your Heart Chakra. This is a 2hrs session that includes meditation, breathwork, cacao ceremony and sound bath.
During our Sound Baths we use a variety of instruments to help you enter a state of deep relaxation commonly know as 'rest and digest' mode where the bodies natural healing processes take place.
