About The Class
This will be a 2hrs Yoga class , we will do Yoga an hour of yoga first and then will close the practice with a 60min sound bath to activate the energy of the Solar Plexus Chakra.Â
You need to bring your own Yoga mat to the class. If you have tight hamstrings, please get a pair of Yoga blocks and a strap or belt to support your posture during the class.
