About The Class
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that synchronizes breath with movement. You will flow through a sequence of asanas (yoga postures) to energize your body. This class is open to all levels from beginners to advance. Â
You need to bring your own Yoga mat to the class. If you have tight hamstrings, please get a pair of Yoga blocks and a strap or belt to support your posture during the class.
Hopefully we won't have rainny days but if we do, the class will be held indoors on the 10th floor.Â
