About The Class
This is a Vinyasa Yoga class (dynamic practice that synchronizes breath and movement) on the beautiful rooftop of your building.Â
This class is open to all levels from beginners to advance. You need to bring your own Yoga mat to the class. Please, feel free to bring your props, Yoga blocks and a strap or belt to support your posture during the class if needed.
Please note this is a trial class. The building management is partially covering your fee.Â
