About The Class
Sound Baths are a great complementary therapy to support your energy and wellbeing. During a sound bath, the sound frequencies connect with your energy to slow your brainwaves down, taking you to a place of relaxation and healing. When your mind is calmed, your parasympathetic nervous system slows down allowing your body to heal and repair. This is when the magic happens and your entire being receives the healing vibration of the sound to balance your mind, body and soul.Â
What you need to bring to the sound bath?
- Wear comfy clothes if possible
- Yoga mat or blanket for you to lay down
- Cushion or something comfy to support your head
- Blanket to keep you warm and cossyÂ
- Eye maskÂ
Don't be late to the session.Â
You must arrive 10min before the sound bath to settle down and get ready. The session will start at 6pm so late arrivals won't be allowed in the room once the door is closed at 6pm. (Haring Room is right behind the receptionist main desk on the 1st floor)
