This 4 hour experience is designed to lift your spirit and raise your vibration.
The day includes 3 powerful healing sessions for body, mind and soul:
Yoga: Yin to Yang Yoga is an empowering and grounding class for all abilities to activate your body, relax the mind and bring balance
Breathwork: A deep practice that helps with emotional release and balancing. Great for Breathwork beginners to get a taster of this powerful practice
Sound bath: A deeply relaxing sound journey to round of the day feeling relaxed and refreshed
