About The Retreat
REIKI GONG BATH
Join us on for an evening of energy cleansing and relaxation through a 60min of Reiki Gong Bath. We will take you into a journey of connection with your own energy and the vibrations of the gongs and Reiki to bring healing and positive vibes to your entire being. This is a small group session designed to help you to release blockages, uplift your mood, ground yourself and help you to feel good.
Gong Baths are a fantastic complementary therapy to support your energy and wellbeing. The healing vibrations of the gongs connect with your energy to slow down your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing your body and mind to heal and repair.
