About The Class

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that synchronizes breath and movement. You will flow through a sequence of asanas (yoga postures) to build strength and flexibility. This class is open to all levels from beginners to advance.

You need to bring your own Yoga mat to the class. If you have tight hamstrings, please get a pair of Yoga blocks and a strap or belt to support your posture during the class.
