About The Retreat
Get cosy while we transport you with the magic of sound - It's time to Expand!
We are offering a relaxing and energising sound bath to help you to invite light and positive energy.
During our Sound Baths we use various instruments to help you enter a state of deep relaxation commonly know as 'rest and digest' mode where the bodies natural healing processes take place.
The session includes 15 minutes of intention setting, meditation and breath work followed by a 60 minute sound journey.
During the sound journey it is important that you are as comfortable as possible so please bring:
