We are offering a relaxing Gong Bath experience, inviting you to relax and expand your energy.

During our Gong Baths we use various gongs to help you enter a state of deep relaxation commonly know as 'rest and digest' mode where the bodies natural healing processes take place.

The session includes 15 minutes of intention setting, meditation and breath work followed by a 60 minute sound journey.
