About The Retreat
Let's connect with the vibrant energy of the Summer.
We are offering an energising sound bath to help you to raise your vibration.
During our Sound Baths we use various instruments to help you enter a state of deep relaxation commonly know as 'rest and digest' mode where the bodies natural healing processes take place.
The session includes 15 minutes of intention setting, meditation and breath work followed by a 60 minute sound journey.
During the sound journey it is important that you are as comfortable as possible so please bring:
