Get ready to Open Up your energy to receive good vibes this Summer.
We are offering a sound healing experience, inviting you to relax to reset your nervous system through the healing vibrations of sound.
During our Sound Baths we use a variety of instruments to help you enter a state of deep relaxation commonly know as 'rest and digest' mode where the bodies natural healing processes take place.
The session includes intention setting, meditation and breathwork followed by the sound journey.
