About The Retreat
Get cosy while we transport you with the magic of sound - It's time to feel the ENERGY!
We are offering a sound healing experience, inviting you to relax to reset your nervous system through the healing vibrations of sound.
During our Sound Baths we use a variety of instruments to help you enter a state of deep relaxation commonly know as 'rest and digest' mode where the bodies natural healing processes take place.
The session includes 15 minutes of intention setting, meditation and breath work followed by a 60 minute sound journey.
