We have partnered with the NYX Hotel London Holborn to create a beautiful sacred space to support your wellbeing. This class is taking place at the NYX's rooftop terrace GlassHouse which has stunning views of the best city in the world. Our class is sponsored by London Essence Co and they are providing us with yoga mats for the session and a delicious non alcoholic spritz after the class.
Join us on Sat 1st June for a morning of good vibes, energy cleansing and relaxation through a Gong Bath and Vinyasa Yoga. We will be moving our bodies in synchrony with our breath while tuning into the sonic vibrations of the gongs across our body and energy fields. This class is designed to help you to release blockages, uplift your mood, ground yourself and help you to feel good.
