It is rare for anyone to have an adverse reaction to Sound Healing as It is categorised as a LOW RISK complementary therapy. We are making you aware of the contraindications in order to make our sound bath a safe space for everybody.
As a precaution, it is NOT recommended that you take part in a sound bath in the following situations:
When you are in the first 3 months of pregnancy
If you suffer from epilepsy or experience seizures episodes
