About The Session
Get ready for receive High Energy Vibes!
We are offering an energising sound bath to invite positive energy.
During our Sound Baths we use various instruments to help you enter a state of deep relaxation commonly know as 'rest and digest' mode where the bodies natural healing processes take place.
The session includes intention setting, meditation and breathwork followed by the sound journey.
During the sound journey it is important that you are as comfortable as possible so please bring:
